What we collect
When you send us a message. The contact form asks for your name, email address and phone number. You can also add a company name, choose a topic and write a message. Whatever you type is what we receive. Please don't include information you wouldn't want us to have, such as banking details.
When you visit. Our hosting and security providers record ordinary technical information for every request, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. That is how the site stays online and protected from abuse.
Counts, not people. The site keeps simple tallies of contact form submissions and taps on our phone number, along with which part of the site they came from. These tallies carry no name, email address, phone number or message.
What we don't do
We don't run advertising cookies or analytics tracking on this site, and we don't sell your information. The contact page includes an embedded Google map, and Google may set its own cookies when that map loads. Your browser settings control that.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange site visits and service, and keep a record of the conversation. We send an automatic confirmation email when you submit the form. If you become a customer, we keep the records that service work and the fire code require.
Who sees it
Messages from the form go to our inquiries mailbox and to the staff who handle your request. We use a few service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (network security), Resend (delivery of form emails) and Google Workspace (our email). They process information on our behalf and only for those purposes. Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for the work or the relationship, and for as long as the law or our records obligations require. Then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond promptly. If we can't resolve a concern, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
